The Regional Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is dedicated to providing recovery-oriented services, ensuring the safe and effective administration of medical treatments, including prescribed medications. As a vital member of the Regional Float Pool, you will work across various program types, each with distinct licensing requirements and diverse populations, necessitating quick adaptability and effective collaboration with multiple teams and roles.
Your responsibilities will encompass Telecare's program needs throughout the designated region.
Employment Type: Full Time; Shifts and Days may vary based on program requirements.
Compensation: Competitive salary with a sign-on bonus available for Full-Time Night shift commitment.
The anticipated starting wage range is competitive, with the potential to increase based on relevant experience and geographic differentials applied to pay ranges.
Essential Qualifications (Must Have):
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts across various programs within the assigned region.
- Experience in delivering nursing care across multiple program types and diverse populations.
- Thorough understanding of program types, licensing, and documentation protocols.
- Proficiency in various documentation software and platforms.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
