We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager in Fund Accounting for a distinguished Financial Services organization. This role is based in a vibrant urban setting and offers a supportive environment that prioritizes both professional development and personal well-being.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations for our Global Private Debt division, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive financial records for private investment vehicles
- Manage cash flow and investment accounting processes
- Record and reconcile purchase and sale transactions
- Prepare monthly accruals for financial closing
- Review and account for corporate actions
- Calculate management fees and income distributions accurately
- Coordinate financial reporting and audit processes
- Document and enhance financial procedures and controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- CPA designation is preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting or audit experience
- Strong expertise in reconciliation and account analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
