We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team at the Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors in Killeen, TX.

About the Role:

The Clinical Therapist will provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients with a focus on delivering evidence-based treatments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, adolescents, couples, and families, as well as individual adults.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapy services to clients, including individual adults and children, couples, and family therapy.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality mental health care.
  • Attend weekly clinical, supervision, and administrative meetings.
  • Document client screenings, biopsychosocial assessments, and progress and referral information.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, clinical mental health counseling, or in marriage and family therapy.
  • Independent licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with military populations and/or Veterans is strongly preferred.
