Job Summary

360 Fire & Flood, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for restoring or repairing commercial and residential properties damaged by fire, smoke, water, mold, biohazard, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, monitor, and operate equipment for water extraction and drying of premises, including data collection and recording.
  • Perform demolition and debris removal, as well as structural and content cleaning.
  • Assist with mold and biohazard clean-up, and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and team members regarding work performed and job status.
  • Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in water damage restoration (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and perform tasks in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and harsh indoor environments.
