Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Associate to join our team at Fagron, a leading pharmaceutical company. As a Packaging Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate labeling and packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the labeling and packaging activities inside and outside of semi-classified areas.
  • Maintain equipment, operate production equipment, handle parts and supply inventories per Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Document in batch records and logbooks.
  • Meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing errors and completing corrections in a timely manner.
  • Maintain adherence to SOPs, cGMPs, and the manufacturing schedule.
  • Aid in inventory control by properly documenting components and materials used on corresponding paperwork.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years' related experience.
  • Ability to frequently lift/move materials and objects (up to 40 lbs).
  • Ability to work overtime on weekends as needed.
  • Able to take direction and work on production requirements as needed (after training).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
