Job Summary

The Room Attendant is a key member of the housekeeping team at Sheraton Four Points Pleasanton. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing exceptional service to all guests.

Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including setting up the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies and linens.
  • Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways, and ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
  • Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use and replenish chemical bottles as needed.
  • Report any missing items from rooms, maintenance repairs, or other issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Handle items for 'Lost and Found' according to established procedures.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction and provide exceptional service to all guests.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of employees and guests.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $18.50/hr - $19.50/hr.
