We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team at Saint Agnes Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive pay range of $64.14 per hour, with the potential for career ladder adjustments.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, participating in ongoing education and training opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
