Paint Prepper Job Description

At Reading Truck, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Coatings Specialist to join our team in the Paint department. As a Coatings Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all truck equipment orders are properly prepared for paint processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prep all orders in the truck department for paint.
  • Assist painters in painting, masking, taping, or any other task to be performed in the paint department.
  • Help prep and perform basic repairs when needed.
  • Perform quality assurance before and after painting.

Requirements:
  • Fabrication knowledge/understanding is a plus.
