Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team. As an Accounting Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and invoices.
  • Accounting Operations: Support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Help manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing payments and billing activities.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for all financial transactions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Financial Research and Analysis: Conduct financial research, analysis, and reporting as required.
  • Audits and Documentation: Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Accounting Principles: Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
