Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the resort, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and maintain cleaning schedules and reports, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are in good working order and properly stored.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team, ensuring that they are addressed promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the resort is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
