**Job Summary**
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Pediatric Homecare Specialist. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional results.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
**Requirements**
- Current LPN licensure in South Dakota
- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs of weight
**What We Offer**
- Competitive hourly rate of $32+ per hour, paid weekly
- Part-time to full-time opportunities available
