Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on repairs and maintenance to facilities and related equipment
  • Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks and repairs
  • Solicit quotes and coordinate contractor/vendor activities on maintenance projects
  • Oversee the maintenance of other assigned remote locations
Requirements:
  • High School/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Two plus years of practical work experience related to one or more aspects of the role
  • Maintenance Technician HVAC and Electrical skill a plus
  • Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards
  • Knowledge of fueling systems or willingness to travel for up to one week at a time to learn about fueling systems and obtain UST Class A certification
About the Role:

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with occasional on-call responsibilities. As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for all facets of facility maintenance to provide the lowest cost of ownership. You will act as the primary facility contact at the Schneider Operating Center, execute preventive maintenance and customer work orders, and maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.
