About the Role:

This Global Client Ambassador position requires a highly skilled individual who can deliver exceptional customer service experiences.

You will be the face of Collette, working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing personalized support and guidance to customers to help them navigate their travel experiences.
• Building professional relationships with customers, travel agents, and partners to optimize their experience.
• Educating customers on product offerings, advantages, and available upgrades to enhance their travel experiences.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet customer expectations and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
