About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geologist to join our team at Carlin operations. As a Growth Geologist, you will play a key role in identifying and developing resource and reserve opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct geological mapping, sampling, and data collection to support targeting and resource development.
  • Work with the Growth Team to develop and implement drilling programs, ensuring data integrity and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver geotechnical, metallurgical, and hydrologic studies.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Provide input for annual budget materials and ensure project deliverables are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or Geological Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mining geology, preferably with Leapfrog, Acquire, or WellCAD software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
