Position: Manager of Supply Chain Projects II
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the planning, evaluation, and execution of product launches, major product modifications, critical qualifications, and international projects.
- Develop comprehensive project timelines that incorporate feedback from various departments and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Assess potential risks and formulate contingency strategies, keeping key stakeholders updated on progress.
- Provide regular updates on project status and communicate significant developments through meetings and reports.
- Identify challenges and uncertainties, collaborating with the team to devise solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Facilitate coordination among project teams, utilizing diverse resources across different functions.
- Secure alignment from management and country representatives regarding team resources, expectations, and performance benchmarks.
- Organize and lead project team meetings, prepare agendas, schedule sessions, and document minutes and action items.
- Through collaborative efforts, define and achieve project scope and timelines.
- Identify root causes and corrective actions for project deviations, aiding in conflict resolution between project initiators and implementation teams.
- Report progress towards objectives to site management for all projects.
QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Engineering or Business).
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including at least 3 years in project management, or an Associate's degree with 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including at least 5 years in project management.
- Preferred certification from APICS (Association for Operations Management).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Experience in leading teams and facilitating discussions.
- Strong skills in decision-making, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analysis.
- A sense of urgency, dedication to meeting deadlines, and a focus on process improvement.
- Understanding of Brand, Customer Marketing, Product Supply, Packaging Services, and Logistics functions.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferably holds a Project Management Professional certification.
- Upon meeting eligibility criteria, we encourage obtaining the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI (Project Management Institute), which requires specific hours of project management experience, project management education, and passing the PMI exam.
