Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with an experienced Refinish Technician to learn the intricacies of vehicle refinishing.
- Inspect incoming vehicles to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in mixing paint to achieve precise color matching.
- Help prepare vehicles for painting by addressing minor imperfections.
- Apply primer to repaired surfaces as needed.
- Contribute to the finishing process by buffing and waxing completed paint jobs.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in vehicle refinishing.
- Familiarity with tools and machinery related to vehicle refinishing.

- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this role include:
- Ability to distinguish between colors and shades.
