Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for providing one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in the home setting, working closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care. Your expertise will be essential in managing and maintaining medical equipment, administering medications and therapies, and educating families on care techniques.
Qualifications- Completion of a nursing skills test with an 80% or above.
- Active licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Georgia.
- At least one year of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in home care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
