Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of age-appropriate activities for patients
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care meets high standards
* Foster a work environment that promotes caring and cooperation among diverse stakeholders

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Child Life/Child Development or related field with an emphasis in Child Life required
* 500 hours of Child Life internship and one year experience in child development/education center required
* Hospital-based Child Life program experience preferred

Certifications and Licenses:
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
* Child Life Certification exam within one year of hire
