Job Overview:

Contract to hire position. We are looking for individuals with a background in electrical wiring, adeptness in utilizing pneumatic and crimping tools, and the capability to interpret technical blueprints.

This position entails the assembly of electrical components, wiring harnesses, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Blueprint Interpretation:
Analyze and comprehend engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ascertain the wiring specifications for various projects.

Assembly and Wiring:
Construct electrical components with precision.

Cable and Harness Fabrication:
Create and assemble cables and wire harnesses, ensuring proper organization and connectivity of wires.

Control Panel Wiring:
Wire control panels, distribution panels, and electrical cabinets, ensuring all connections are secure and comply with safety standards.

Soldering and Crimping Techniques:
Employ soldering and crimping methods to establish secure and dependable connections. Effectively use pneumatic and crimping tools.

Safety and Compliance:
Follow electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the wiring process to guarantee safety and compliance with industry standards.

Record Keeping:
Maintain precise records and documentation related to wiring diagrams, modifications, and work completed.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with engineers, electricians, and other team members to ensure effective communication and a seamless workflow during the assembly and wiring operations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in electrical wiring is advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in electrical wiring, assembly, or related disciplines.
Strong capability to read and interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.
Proficient in the use of hand tools, pneumatic tools, and crimping tools.
