Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in dialysis care.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience preferred but not required.
