Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in dialysis care.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience preferred but not required.
