The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the delivery of clinical care, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking skills.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that adapts to the patient's population-specific characteristics, cultural diversity, and individual needs.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve care goals, using effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses, promoting a healthy work environment and modeling the professional practice of nursing.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience in direct patient care.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
- Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology to support clinical care.
- Excellent time management skills, analytical skills, and critical thinking skills.
