At Shore Lodge Whitetail LLC, we are seeking a skilled Barista to join our Food and Beverage team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by providing high-quality beverages and food items in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty drinks.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Describe menu items to customers and suggest products that might appeal to them.
• Order, receive, and stock supplies and retail products.
• Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blends or preparation descriptions.
• Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, biscotti, or bagels.
• Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
• Receive and process customer payments using a POS system.
• Weigh, grind, and pack coffee beans for customers.
• Wrap, label, and date food items for sale.
• Create signage to advertise store products or events.
• Demonstrate the use of retail equipment, such as espresso machines.
• Set up and restock product displays.
• Slice fruits, vegetables, desserts, or meats for use in food service.
• Take out garbage.

• Possess excellent customer service abilities.
• Able to use a POS system.
• Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to functionally multi-task with speed and grace.
