As an EV Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction with their electric vehicles. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with customers, identifying their needs, and resolving any issues. We're looking for someone with a commitment to customer service, previous success in resolving customer service issues, and a high level of professionalism.
Our ideal candidate has great customer, people, and telephone skills. They should be able to effectively communicate with customers and employees, demonstrate a high level of courtesy, and be detail-oriented. Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus.
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of $90,115.00 per year, an aggressive end-of-month commission plan, quarterly bonuses, medical benefits, dental insurance, 401(k) with matched dollars, paid vacations, and more.
