Traveling Nurse Specialist

RN-Labor and Delivery healthcare professionals are required to assist, support, and educate women during the four stages of delivery. This role involves sitting with patients throughout labor, monitoring contractions, and helping with breathing techniques. Additionally, these nurses monitor fetal heart rates and mothers' vital signs, care for patients on Pitocin, MgSO4 & continuous lumbar epidural, and check patient's cervix periodically to monitor progression/lack of dilation.
This position requires recent Labor and Delivery experience (1-2 years) along with current ACLS and BLS certifications. Recent fetal monitoring and an active State Nursing license are also necessary qualifications.
We offer competitive pay packages based on weekly gross amounts, including Day 1 Health benefits (Health/Vision/Dental), Weekly Pay, Direct Deposit, Travel reimbursement, State License reimbursement, and a $1500 Referral bonus program. The estimated salary for this role is around $1400-$1600 per week.
