Job Summary

At Absolute Staffers, we are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine radiologic studies on patients, positioning patients for radiographs, and determining the level of radiation intensity to minimize radiation exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiologic studies on patients as ordered by clinicians.
  • Position patients for radiographs and determine radiation intensity to minimize exposure.
  • Operate standard radiographic equipment, including systems produced by GE Medical Systems and Kodak.
  • Follow infection control protocols and assist with patient dismissal.
Requirements
  • Completion of a full-time training course in diagnostic radiologic technology, evidenced by a certificate or associate degree from a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program.
  • Certification in general radiologic technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology, Radiography (ARRT) (R).
  • Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
  • CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 40-hour schedule (0600-1800).
