Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team as a Travel Physical Therapist. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers.

Job Summary:

The Travel Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • State license required/registration where applicable.
  • Additional requirements may also be provided during interview.
