We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. As a nurse at DaVita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for delivering high-quality services. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Experience in dialysis or a related field (not required but preferred)
