We are seeking an experienced Lead Physician to set the excellence standard as a clinical services leader within one of our primary-care clinics. Our Provider (Lead Physician) serves as a bridge between administration and clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with a provider team to address acute, chronic, and preventive care needs.
  • Support patients to reach their wellness goals in collaboration with a whole health coach specializing in health behavior change.

As the provider integrated into the care team, you will work alongside a knowledgeable and independent nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care. Vera is proud to have created clinic teams and environments that foster a collaborative approach to support patient wellness.

Vera's mission and clinical model prioritize patient care, patient-provider relationships, and empathetic listening to empower patients to take an active role in their own wellness goals.

The successful candidate will be part of a triad leadership team consisting of a Lead Physician, Operations Manager, and Client Services representative, working together to manage the clinic and its relationship with clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position at one of our primary-care clinics located in Alaska. As a Lead Physician, you will play a critical role in shaping the clinical services strategy and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.

A competitive salary of $**$250,000 - $300,000** per year reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
