The Head of Nursing Education Programs oversees the strategic management and execution of educational initiatives within the nursing department and collaborates with senior management as needed. Key Responsibilities:

1. Educational Leadership: Directs the planning, coordination, implementation, and assessment of educational programs.

2. Resource Management: Ensures optimal utilization of educational resources.

3. Community Engagement: Develops programs that benefit both associates and the wider community.

Qualifications:

A. Educational Background

· A Master's Degree in Community Health Education is mandatory.

B. Professional Experience

· At least three (3) years of experience in a management role is essential.

C. Certifications

· Relevant licenses or certifications as required for the specific area of expertise.
