Carpenter Superintendent

Job Summary

The Walsh Group is seeking a skilled Carpenter Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall field operations, including coordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Establish and control project budgets, identifying and eliminating negative variances.
• Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors, conducting systematic quality control inspections.
• Follow company safety programs, laws, and OSHA operating standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Manage jobsite cleanliness and prepare daily time cards for personnel under supervision.

Requirements

• High School diploma required; 6+ years of experience in construction management preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relocation may be required for specific roles.
