Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, which includes a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and continuing education opportunities.

Job Description

As Assistant Director of Nursing (RN), you will be responsible for:

  • Providing oversight for the provision of care
  • Serving as a resource to direct care staff
  • Supporting the DON with hiring, orientation, staffing, staff education, and other activities
  • Providing direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited RN program
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
