Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, which includes a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and continuing education opportunities.
Job DescriptionAs Assistant Director of Nursing (RN), you will be responsible for:
- Providing oversight for the provision of care
- Serving as a resource to direct care staff
- Supporting the DON with hiring, orientation, staffing, staff education, and other activities
- Providing direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited RN program
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
