Autonomous Practitioner

Job Overview:

• Provide inpatient internal medicine care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
• Contribute to department goals and objectives, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared success.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field, with experience in acute care settings.
• Active state licensure, American Heart Association CPR Certification, DEA License, and state Controlled Substance Registration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $120,000 - $150,000
