Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team in Brookline, Massachusetts.

This is an ongoing opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional care to patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Function as a scrub person during operative and invasive procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and providing essential support to the surgical team.
• Assemble and prepare supplies, equipment, and instrumentation required for procedures, maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.
• Participate in ongoing educational and competency activities to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices.
• Precept staff to surgical technician job duties, including surgical technicians, nurses, and students, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. Standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Surgical Technician Certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• 1 year of Surgical Technician experience preferred.
