Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Professional to join our team as a NICU Specialist in the South Central Gulf Coast region. The successful candidate will be responsible for positioning and selling Avanos Medical's Digestive Health-NeoMed products and solutions within acute care and alternate care accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales positioning, analysis, and implementation of all AVANOS DH-NeoMed product categories, driving year-on-year sales increases as per the AVANOS DH sales plan.
  • Development and implementation of strong business value selling skills and overall AVANOS DH-NeoMed sales acumen.
  • Tactical implementation of selling and business activities developed and implemented by the sales region to meet sales objectives.
  • Maintenance of high-gain sales relationships with decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts or markets (NICU Managers, Nurse Educators, Neonatologists, Pharmacy Techs, Pharmacists, Supply Chain, Value Analysis, Materials Management).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 3 or more years of sales experience in B2B or the Healthcare industry.
  • Proof of a successful track record.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Evidence of continued personal and professional growth and development.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Tactfully Aggressive.
  • Comfortable in a Hospital Setting.
  • Travel by car required.
