Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize identification methods to ensure accurate resident care.
- Document and report any incidents or accidents observed during your shift.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding resident health information and report any breaches immediately.
- Assist in preparing resident rooms for arrivals, ensuring all necessary items are in place.
- Support residents in settling into their new environment, including introductions to staff and other residents.
- Help manage residents' personal belongings and assist during transfers or discharges.
- Participate in nursing reports and adhere to established protocols for safety and hygiene.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
- Ensure residents' needs are met promptly, including assistance with meals and hydration.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident areas and assist with personal care tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive care for all residents.
- Report any concerns regarding resident welfare or safety to your supervisor.
Qualifications: This position requires a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and confidentiality. You will be trained in various nursing procedures and will work under the guidance of experienced nursing staff.
