Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team, specifically located in the O'Fallon, MO area. This role necessitates an onsite presence to effectively engage with our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent certifications and experience.
- Utilize 5-10+ years of expertise in Power Applications Engineering.
- Apply your knowledge of data center operations and industry standards.
- Exhibit strong business acumen and the ability to present our Electrical Power solutions to various stakeholders.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Technical Support to create innovative demonstrations in our Power Lab.
- Maintain the lab's readiness for events and capture customer insights to enhance our offerings.
- Build relationships with product groups for technical support and stay updated on new technologies.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Possess familiarity with international standards and a willingness to work hands-on.
- Hold relevant electrical industry certifications and credentials.
Collaboration and Reporting:
This role will work closely with account managers, business development teams, and sales executives to provide consultative input throughout the planning process. You will report to the Customer Experience Center Director.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily onsite, with a hybrid work model available. It is a contingent role that may transition to a temporary-to-hire position.
