We are seeking a Truck Counter Sales Expert to join our team at Truck Enterprises, Inc. in Keyser, WV. The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in heavy duty truck parts and possess strong mechanical aptitude.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle internal and external customer requests for parts purchases via phone and in person.
  • Research customers' requests and needs to determine correct part(s) needed.
  • Process invoices, create Purchase Orders, and receive orders in the business system.
  • Assist with inventory and core returns to vendors, including pulling, packing, and shipping.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of heavy duty truck parts experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude desirable.
  • Understanding of office procedures, including filing, correspondence, and basic accounting.
  • Knowledge of bills of lading, freight bills, and heavy and medium duty diesel truck parts.
