Requirements

  • 15+ Years in Distribution Operations Management: 15+ years in distribution operations management in multinational, complex organizations focused on service and customer experience.
  • Experience with SAP or Other ERP/MRP Systems: Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems. Proficiency in total distribution process management, inventory management, process audits, and financial management.
  • Strong Organizational, Motivational, and Analytical Skills: Strong organizational, motivational, and analytical skills. Resilience under pressure with quick decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent Staff Relations and Managerial Skills: Excellent staff relations and managerial skills with a history of leading high-performing teams. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven Track Record in Leading Successful Projects: Proven track record in leading successful projects within budget and timelines.
