**Job Title:** Emergency Room Nurse - Women's Health

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a key member of our Women's Health Emergency Room team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
  • **Assess and Develop Care Plans:** Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans that address their unique requirements.
  • **Implement and Evaluate Care Plans:** Implement care plans and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • **Administer Medications and Provide Education:** Administer medications as prescribed and provide patients and their families with education and support to promote healthy behaviors and self-care.
  • **Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:** Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • **Provide Clinical Leadership:** Demonstrate clinical expertise and leadership skills to support the development of a high-performing healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • **Licensure and Certification:** Current RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
  • **Skills and Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse, with a strong background in women's health and emergency care.
