Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team in DuPage County. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading our soccer programs, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and providing a safe and supportive environment for our young players.

Responsibilities
  • Lead soccer programs for children aged 2-8, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote physical and social development.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for our young players, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our program participants, parents, and staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in youth soccer coaching.
  • Collaborate with our team to promote our programs and services within the community.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children aged 2-8, preferably in a coaching or teaching role.
  • Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and ability to develop engaging lesson plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
