Aerospace Duct Assembler Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Duct Assembler to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling aerospace ducts for commercial and military applications.

**Responsibilities**

* Lay-up all skins on form tools with minimal supervision
* Read and interpret blueprint and process specifications
* Recognize differences among insulation materials and fabric coverings
* Build, vacuum bag, cure, using air circulator ovens or autoclave
* Cut material as required for fabrication
* Read Vernier dial calipers, micrometers, tape measure, weight scales, pie tapes, and other measuring equipment as required
* Use cements, coatings, release agents, sealants, and plastic laminators
* Insulate a variety of ducts with minimal supervision
* Maintain satisfactory levels of production - both quality and quantity
