Cake Decorator

• Plan and execute bakery productions to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive member service and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure food safety standards and sanitation guidelines are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Cake decorating experience.
