Key Responsibilities:

The Concessions Mixologist is tasked with creating positive interactions with guests while expertly mixing and serving beverages. Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing premium spirits, liqueurs, fresh fruits, herbs, and spices to craft exceptional drinks.
• Welcoming guests and taking beverage orders from servers or directly from patrons.
• Mixing cocktails and other beverages in accordance with established standards.
• Maintaining an organized and visually appealing bar area to facilitate efficient service.
• Providing insights on wine selections, understanding guest preferences, and serving wine with proper techniques.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to develop mixers and garnishes.
• Verifying guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.
• Managing an assigned cash bank and adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Collecting payments for beverages served and reconciling receipts.
• Ensuring the bar is fully stocked with necessary tools and supplies, preparing inventory requests as needed.
• Serving food items to guests seated at the bar.
• Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, menus, and promotions.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area through regular cleaning and organization.
• Assisting in the organization of catering storage areas.
• Participating in mandatory meetings and training sessions.
• Performing general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.
• Completing additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A minimum of two years of bartending experience.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and the ability to create unique cocktails.
• Proficiency in timely drink preparation and service.
• Strong understanding of wines and their characteristics.
• Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Capability to work independently or collaboratively during service execution.
• Desire to exceed guest expectations consistently.
• Effective listening skills and ability to follow supervisor instructions.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest relations.
• Personable, friendly demeanor with a welcoming attitude.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English for effective communication.
• Ability to remember and promote various menu items.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Access to a working email for communication with management.
