Summary: Deliver exceptional dining experiences by taking food and beverage orders and efficiently serving guests in a timely and professional manner.

• Warmly greet guests and take orders in a prompt and efficient manner, following established steps of service.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate orders and special requests are met.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and demonstrate ability to work well with others, remaining flexible and patient in a fast-paced environment.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared.
• Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to supervisors.
• Ensure the dining room is properly set up prior to and after service periods, maintaining established sanitation standards.
