About the Job:

A Server Representative is responsible for representing Piesanos Windermere by providing guest service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to create a welcoming environment while living by our Core Values.

S/he will work directly with other team members to ensure that the guests' visit meets our Mission and Vision.

This role is a tipped, minimum wage position that offers medical insurance for qualifying team members, store discounts at all locations, flexible scheduling, and extensive opportunities to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
