KETTLER is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to excel in a dynamic property management environment.

The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for driving property occupancy by generating qualified leads, building relationships within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Provide property tours and showcase community amenities to prospective residents.
• Develop and implement effective outreach marketing strategies to engage residents and foster a sense of community.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure all questions are addressed and provide a high-touch approach to customer service.
• Collaborate with the community team to develop and implement resident retention strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process lease applications and qualify residents, ensuring seamless transitions into the community.
• Support the community team with general office maintenance and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

• Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, prospects, and community team members.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for businesses, with the ability to develop and implement effective online marketing strategies.
