Position Overview:
We are in search of a Product Solutions Lead to join our Engineering PMO, specifically supporting our Data Attribution Team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in steering our attribution projects within the MNTN Performance TV advertising landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of your product's roadmap initiatives while providing an agile support framework for your development team. Additionally, you will serve as the communication bridge among various stakeholder departments, delivering regular updates on all products and releases.
Your Responsibilities:
- Execute product initiatives within the specified availability timelines.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead and Product Designer to strategize, sequence, and plan projects based on defined technical and functional requirements.
- Oversee, monitor, and manage project scopes and timelines to guarantee deliverability as forecasted.
- Create comprehensive project documentation for cross-team initiatives and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Identify, track, and eliminate obstacles and dependencies.
- Document product and feature knowledge for the benefit of other teams.
- Analyze usage data and trends to propose innovative solutions that enhance feature utilization.
- Work closely with Product Design to continually enhance user engagement for both new and existing MNTN products.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including but not limited to: stand-ups, backlog prioritization, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Engage with Technical Leads, Product Designers, Engineers, and Testers to ensure that tickets are detailed, prioritized, and estimated accurately.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate metrics at the team level to ensure consistent delivery of value and accurate project forecasting.
- Become a subject matter expert within MNTN.
- A minimum of 4+ years in project management or product management, ideally within a data-driven reporting or performance analytics environment.
- Experience in Mar-tech, Ad-tech, or client-facing SaaS platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data flows and an understanding of common terms and technologies such as APIs, SQL, and ETL pipelines.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering projects from inception to completion, often handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate resources across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support to align priorities with business objectives and track deliverables.
- Self-sufficient with the capability to execute tasks with minimal oversight while being proactive in seeking guidance when necessary.
- Technical aptitude to engage in discussions about technical topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of informing, educating, influencing, and persuading at various organizational levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in every aspect of the process.
- A strong customer-centric approach, adept at tackling complex product challenges and devising solutions that prevent user issues.
- Excellent presentation and articulation skills.
- Robust quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) is essential.
- Certification as a Scrum Master and/or Scrum Product Owner is a plus.
