Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and implement departmental initiatives aligned with plant operational goals.
  4. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  5. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to senior leadership.
  6. Communicate effectively with peers, other departments, and team leaders to ensure seamless operations.
  7. Maintain accurate records and reports, including production metrics and employee performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • A minimum two-year certificate from college or technical school in Management or a related program, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of two years progressive experience in supervising roles, preferably in a LEAN manufacturing environment.
