As a Resident Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, managing personal care needs, and promoting a safe and comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities that promote socialization and enjoyment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience working with elderly individuals preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
