Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Ceramic Dental Specialist to join our team at Friedman Dental Group. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dental restorations that exceed our patients' expectations.
About the Role:- You will work closely with our doctors to understand their prescriptions and create customized dental solutions.
- Using your expertise, you will finish margins, occlusal, and interproximal contacts to ensure seamless fit and function.
- Ability to identify implant systems by evaluating impressions is essential for this role.
- You will stain, layer, and glaze EMax and Zirconia crowns to achieve the desired aesthetic results.
- Complete Esthetic Anterior PFZ and Full contour cases, taking into account the patient's smile design and facial anatomy.
- Able to inspect and work using a microscope to guarantee precision and quality.
- Fits crowns to abutments for screw-retained cases, ensuring a secure and stable fit.
- Waxes full contour diagnostic wax-ups to help our doctors visualize the final result.
- Fires porcelain in ovens at the correct temperature for different cycles, achieving optimal results.
- Fits all work to a solid poured or digitally printed model, verifying accuracy and consistency.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Detailed understanding of dental terminology and morphology is crucial for success in this role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a licensed dental laboratory, preferably in ceramic dentistry.
- Able to take cases from start to finish, demonstrating excellent project management skills.
- Detailed-oriented with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality results.
- Team player with excellent communication skills, working collaboratively with our doctors and lab technicians.
- A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
